CyberQuan User Agreement

1.1 Before registering for or using the Application, please read this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable service rules carefully. By completing the registration or actually using the Application, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable service rules.

1.2 If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, please stop using the Application immediately and terminate your account through the "Delete Account" feature inside the Application.

1.3 We may revise this Agreement from time to time due to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or other reasons. Revised agreements will become effective in accordance with the "Modifications" clause below.

2.1 When registering, you shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including but not limited to your mobile number) and promptly update such information when it changes. In accordance with applicable regulations on Internet user account information, we will conduct real-name verification of your account information.

2.2 You shall safeguard your account, password, and mobile verification codes. Any loss caused by the disclosure or theft of your account, password, or verification codes shall be borne by you.

2.3 You shall not transfer, sell, lend, or otherwise permit any third party to use your account. You shall not register accounts on behalf of others.

2.4 One mobile number may only register one account. The same device and the same identity information may only be used for the same account.

2.5 You may apply to delete your account via "Settings → Account Security → Delete Account". After deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by laws or regulations.

3.1 You shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China when using the Application, and shall not use the Application for any illegal or non-compliant activities, nor post or disseminate any content that violates national laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.

3.2 You shall not use the Application to create, post, or disseminate any content that:

(1) opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;

(3) damages national honor or interests;

(4) incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;

(5) undermines the state's religious policies or promotes cults or feudal superstitions;

(6) spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;

(7) disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or incites crime;

(8) insults or defames others, or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

(9) contains any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

3.3 You shall not:

(1) post false information, artificially inflate engagement, or otherwise disrupt platform order;

(2) infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secrets, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights of the Company or any third party;

(3) conduct any commercial promotion, advertising, or spamming without our prior written consent;

(4) use the Application for illegal transactions, fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering, or other illegal or criminal activities;

(5) use any technical means to disrupt the normal operation of the Application, steal data, or interfere with services;

(6) engage in any other conduct that violates laws, administrative regulations, or public order and good morals.

4.1 All content in the Application, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, layouts, trademarks, and patents, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 The intellectual property of content you post on the Application (text, images, audio, video, etc.) belongs to you. However, by posting such content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, transmit, adapt, translate, compile, and otherwise exploit the content for the operation, promotion, and legitimate use of the Application and the services contemplated by this Agreement.

4.3 Without prior written consent from the Company or the relevant rights holder, you shall not copy, distribute, publish, adapt, or otherwise exploit any content in the Application.

5.1 The Application provides modules for industry news, community posts, drone model selection, and an online question bank, allowing users to post text, images, videos, and comments, and to participate in topic discussions.

5.2 We manage user-generated content through a combination of automated screening and human review:

(1) Automated screening: We use our in-house developed sensitive-word detection and content safety system to identify illegal, non-compliant, vulgar, or violent content in user-posted text, images, and videos. The review process does not involve providing your posted content to any third party.

(2) Human review: Our content review team reviews the results of automated screening and handles user reports.

5.3 You may report content that you believe is illegal or violates this Agreement via:

(1) In-app reporting: Tap the "Report" button on any post detail, comment, or user profile;

5.4 We will respond to and handle reports within 24 hours. Disposal measures include but are not limited to warnings, hiding, deletion, feature restrictions, and account suspension.

5.5 In accordance with applicable laws, we retain related network logs (including operational logs, posted content, and review records) for no less than 6 months.

6.1 We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under 18 years old, please read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy under the accompaniment of your legal guardian, and use the Application only with the guardian's consent.

6.2 The paid features of the Application (coin top-up, ad slot purchase) will be subject to restrictions for minor users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on the prevention of minor addiction, including but not limited to: limits on the amount per transaction, limits on the cumulative monthly amount, restrictions on the time of day, and the requirement of guardian consent.

6.3 Minor users and their guardians may contact us through the channels listed in this Agreement to request assistance with the relevant accounts and content.

7.1 The Application currently does not provide personalized recommendations based on users' personal characteristics. Content in the news feed, drone model selection, and community modules is displayed according to general rules such as publication time, popularity, view count, and operational configuration, and is not targeted based on your browsing history, search records, device preferences, model interests, or follow relationships.

7.2 As the Application does not provide personalized recommendations, no personalized recommendation toggle is currently available under "Settings → Privacy Settings". If we introduce this feature in the future, we will notify you in advance through in-app announcements and provide a one-tap opt-out under "Settings → Privacy Settings".

7.3 The Application does not use automated decision-making that has a material impact on your lawful rights and interests. If we introduce such algorithms in the future, we will inform you separately and obtain your consent.

8.1 You may encounter content that is offensive, inappropriate, or controversial when using the Application. Such content is the responsibility of the publisher. The Company assumes no liability for such content, but will handle it in accordance with applicable laws and this Agreement.

8.2 To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for service interruption, data loss, or other damages caused by network failures, system maintenance, force majeure, computer viruses, hacking attacks, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 The drone news, model parameters, and question bank content provided in the Application are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. The question bank does not issue any professional qualification certificates and is not related to qualification certifications issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) or AOPA.

9.1 We may revise this Agreement from time to time due to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or other reasons.

9.2 Revised agreements will be deemed to have been duly notified once published in the Application or on this page. If you continue to use the Application, you are deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revisions, you should stop using the Application and apply to delete your account.

9.3 For material changes (including but not limited to material changes in the service model or material changes in user rights and obligations), we will provide additional notice through in-app pop-ups, the message center, or other prominent means.

10.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).

10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court at the location of the Company.
